Service Description

Hello, thanks for checking in! We are OPEN and filing Taxes by PHONE appointment. This is a very easy way to file your taxes, all from the comfort of your own home! You can either drop off your documents or send them to our Dropbox link that we will provide to you. Your documents are required 24 hours before your scheduled appointment time (and if we have not heard from you regarding your documents, your appointment may be cancelled as a "no show"). There is also the possibility that we can access your files through your own CRA online account and will not need copies of your files, but you must check with us about this first, please do not assume. We will use this appointment to go over all of your paperwork, ask you all of the important questions to make sure everything is in order, and we will prepare your taxes to be E-Filed. You will receive a PDF copy of your Tax return, a PDF letter explaining your taxes and an invoice that you will pay through E-Transfer or by Credit Card (or by cash drop off). This appointment time is appropriate for a couple filing as well. If your tax situation involves Small business, Rental Property, Employment Expenses or Driving Income, please contact us ahead of time for the appropriate paperwork to fill out. This is REQUIRED paperwork, so please make sure you have received it and filled it out ahead of your appointment. And that's all....we will give you a call at your scheduled appointment time and go from there. We can't wait to get started!

Cancelation Policy

As a courtesy, please let us know 48 hours in advance if you need to change your appointment for any reason. We will happily reschedule for another time! Please Note: If you are a No Show for your Scheduled appointment or if you cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will be asked to prepay your appointment before you can Re-Book a new Appointment Date. During the months of March and April, if you are a "no show" for your appointment or cancel with less than 24 hours notice, you will not be able to reschedule until after April 30th.
