Tax Pro Niagara offers Phone Appointments from the Comfort and Convenience of Your own Home.
What can you expect During a Phone Appointment?
Step One - We will call you at your scheduled appointment time, please be ready! Please ensure you have sent in or dropped off your documents as well as filled in and sent back the Intake Form!
Step Two - New clients - we go over a list of questions and verify identity. Returning clients - we will go over any changes to your tax situation from the previous year.
Step Three - We will go through your tax forms together and review any missing forms or documents. If time allows your taxes will be prepared during your phone appointment and reviewed at that time. (There are certain times when your taxes will be completed during the initial phone call, and other times when they will be completed over the next few days - depending on circumstances.)
4. Once the tax return has been completed, you will receive an email with a PDF copy of your tax return, a letter explaining your tax return, an invoice for your tax filing fee, as well a digital Form called a T183 to be signed digitally and sent back (legally allows us to file your taxes on your behalf)
