If you are sending in your documents digitally with/without an appointment

Step One -  Use our Handy Checklist to gather required paperwork.  Check out the Forms Section for additional forms you may need.  Fill in the Client Information Form.

Step Two -  New Clients - Make a Phone Appointment Online through the Book Online Tab and choose the Document Upload Option

Returning Clients that do not require an appointment - please email to Request a secure link to upload your documents to.

Step Three -  Upload your documents in PDF format (please do not send screenshots) to the secure DropBox Link that will be emailed to you within 24 hours of the request being made.  If you do not have all of your paperwork, we can work with you to find it.

Step Four - We will phone you at your scheduled appointment time, or we will schedule a follow up call if no phone appointment is required. Easy! 

For Rental/Small Business/Driving Income we will require your Income and Expenses to be organized and  compiled (do not drop off your receipts).  If you do not already have a system, we can supply you with a handy spread sheet to use - send a request via email @
